The DARK GRAY roofed Cathedral Complete with NO broken wall tabs and all of the stained glass is intact! This is the first issue from 1956 with a Disneyland sticker on the box top. Includes the RARE Disneyland Entry Form. Box is taped on the right front corner. Has the inner box insert! See: Cathedral Parts and a picture. 
Originally a Littletown structure, this is only church in the Plasticville line that didn’t have WHITE walls. Complete with the LIGHT GRAY roof in SEALED MINT Condition! Housed in a clean and crisp RARE BOX! The outer box has a small 1/2" abrasion on 1 side from removal of dealer tape, and the inner box has been taped along the bottom of one side. Complete! Including the often broken chimney halfs, and scenic material to make this complete diorama in EX+ COND! See: Colonial Mansion Parts and a picture. The box is solid w/only limited shelf wear, and no breaks at the flaps.

Complete with an unbroken sign! WHITE walls and GRAY roof and doors var. This is the only Plasticville structure desinged to fit on a street corner. See Corner Store parts and a picture. Box has only shelf wear and NO broken or taped corners. 
Complete with GRAY roofs, and trim with only a little factory glue staining. GOLD Plated Cross was glued to the steeple at the factory. See Country Church and a picture. Box top has a repaired rip and has been glued at the display line, but there are NO broken or taped corners. 
Nice MARBLED BROWN/BLACK roof, doors, and windows with only a little factory glue staining. See Country Church and a picture. Box has been repaired at the left front corner and there is an abrasion on top from the removal of a dealer price tag. Comes with box insert! 
TUSCAN sides, GRAY roof with the RARE TAN painted roadway. The bridge abutments have been glued in place, but is o/w not glued and is in EX COMPLETE COND! See: Covered Bridge Parts and a picture. The box is in EX+ COND with only shelf wear.

This is the 10th anniversary issue by the PCA. Only 240 of these DARK BLUE and GRAY barns were made. See: Dairy Barn Parts, a picture, and a close up of the PCA Logo. The box has its original seal that has not been opened. 
Only produced in 1949! This translucent GREEN tree has flecks of GOLD embeded in the clear GREEN plastic. As shown in the picture, the tree is slightly warped due to impurities in the plastic that was common in the early injected mold technology. These trees were only produced for the No. RA-5 Railroad Accessories and the No. JC-3 Fence and Gate Master Units in 1949, and they’re hard to find today in any condition.
