The Lionel 6014 Series Box CarsThe Airex Box Car No. 6014-100 was listed as produced in 1959 in the Lionel Service Manual and shown in the 1960 Advanced Catalog as a component of uncataloged sets that were issued this year. Produced on an unpainted RED Type I or Type II body with YELLOW and WHITE heat-stamped lettering.

This car came with early AAR trucks with disc couplers, and was issued in a 1958 late classic ORANGE over stamped box, or a perforated box that had the suffix "100" behind the number.
