This work caboose was created on a OLIVE DRAB painted sheet metal chassis with an OLIVE DRAB plastic cab and tool bin mounted to this chassis. It came with a DARK BLUE rescue worker, and a WHITE oxygen tank unit and stretchers. Lettering was heat-stamped in WHITE on the cab and tool bin, but is rubber-stamped "U.S.M.C." on the chassis.

It was equipped with AAR trucks that have one disc coupler. This caboose is difficult to find complete today. There are no variations.
