Lionel Trains Baltimore & Ohio Sentinel Box Car No. 6464-325The Baltimore & Ohio Sentinel Box Car No. 6464-325 was only produced in 1956 on SILVER/LIGHT BLUE painted Type IIB bodies with DARK BLUE and WHITE heat-stamped lettering. There is a B & O Sentinel decal to the right of the doors. There are two variations:

Variation A: Came with Single-block doors,

Variation B: Came with Multi-block doors.

Note: Normally, because of interchangeability, variations are not listed for types of doors on the 6464 cars. However, because of the unique paint applied to these doors variations are listed in this case. The cars with Single-block doors are harder to find.

Because this car would not be sold in any set it is difficult to find, especially with unblemished SILVER paint which was a habitual production problem at Lionel.
