Lionel Trains Sound Dispatching Station No. 365The Lionel Dispatching Station No. 365 is an elevated control room that was illuminated. It is the same as the No. 465 Sound Dispatching Station, but does not have the sound and train control mechanisms installed. Rarer than the No. 465, this station was produced for only two years: 1958 and 1959.

It has a TAN plastic base, RED control tower with a DARK GRAY roof, and ornamental YELLOW loudspeakers and microwave antenna on the roof. These parts are often missing which is why reproduction parts are available.

Because of the scarcity of this station, the No. 465 is sometimes passed off as this version by removing the speaker system. Collectors should examine the base of this accessory to insure that the number "365" is molded into the bottom of the base.

Only one instruction sheet was issued for this accessory. Numered 365-10 it was printed with BLUE ink on WHITE paper it is dated 3-58. This instruction sheet was included in the parts envelope No. 365-11 along with the antenna, ornamental horns, and the electrical connecting wires.
