The Western and Atlantic Coach Car No. 1865 was a coach car that was cataloged to go with the General 027 Sets beginning in 1959 and would continue to be produced until 1962.

Created on a simulated wood sided coach car, the body is painted YELLOW, and the roof is painted BROWN along with the heat-stamped lettering. This car is not illuminated through an opaque window shell and has arch-bar trucks with solid non-operating couplers with no self-centering at each end. There are no variations.
